| PIONEER | Gives you the powerful Pioneer engine |
| SLIP | All roads become slippery |
| HOLLYWOOD | Opens the secret track |
| ROADRAGE | Crashes a car in front of you if you honk |
| KCJONES | Rainbow car and horizon (3DFX-only) |
| RAIN | To drive in the rain in the non-3DFX version (works only in some tracks) |
| MAD | Produces cows instead of tire smoke! (3DFX-only) |
| RUSHHOUR | To get a lot of traffic |
| CHASE | If youdare overtake an opponent car, and the car catches you it will try to ram you or knock you out of the road. |
| SLOT | Enables the 'slot car' cheat. Make sure you have arcade mode on, type SLOT in the main menu and then go to car selection and choose the slot car. While in slot car mode the horn will give you extra speed. |
