Winamp Skins

Mp3(Mpeg Layer 3) is a layer 3 music which has the equvelant sound or at times better than CD quality. To play this format of songs we need an mp3 player. There has been many players since mp3's was introduced but the highly rated and recommended player is Winamp(Window Amplifier). It has a very cool and neat interface.
